Shipping is free on every order over $75, and a flat $6.90 below that. Orders placed before 1pm ET are dispatched the same business day from our TAMPA warehouse, with delivery in 2–5 business days across the United States.
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Start a return from your account or email us and we will send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued within three business days of the parcel arriving back with us.
Yes — to Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery. Large furniture is quoted individually; send us your postcode.
Stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe, though we recommend hand washing glazed pieces to keep the finish bright. Linen and wool should be washed cold on a gentle cycle and dried flat, away from direct sun.
